Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must confirm your email address before you can add or claim a listing or write a review.
Listings and claims
You may only add or claim a business that you are authorised to represent, and the information you submit must be accurate and lawful. We review every new listing, claim and edit before it is published, and we may ask for changes, refuse, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
Plans, invoices and payments
Plan prices are shown on our pricing page and on your invoice, and exclude VAT where stated. You are only invoiced after we have reviewed your listing or claim. A plan starts when we approve it and runs for the period shown on your invoice. When it ends, your listing returns to a basic profile or is hidden, as described for that plan. PayPal payments are charged in US dollars at the exchange rate shown on your invoice.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain links, contact details, or offensive or unlawful content. You may not review your own business. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The content and materials on uaestars.ae, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of UAE Stars or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials on this website without the express written consent of UAE Stars.
User content
By submitting any content or materials to uaestars.ae, including but not limited to listings, photos, comments, reviews, and feedback, you grant UAE Stars a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, change, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content or materials throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you may submit such content or materials and that such content or materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
